General Frequently Asked Questions
Vehicle & Compliance
Do you export brand-new vehicles or used ones?
Our company can export both new and used vehicles, supporting both pure electric vehicles (EVs) and gasoline/diesel vehicles. All vehicles meet relevant export standards, and we can assist with obtaining certification documents for your destination country.
Do the vehicles comply with my country's regulations (left-hand drive/right-hand drive, emission standards)?
Currently, we mainly supply left-hand drive (LHD) vehicles that meet China 6B emission standards (equivalent to Euro 6). However, we also have access to right-hand drive (RHD) vehicles — availability depends on your specific requirements.
What certification documents can you provide for customs clearance (e.g., COC, VIN certification)?
We provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and COC (Certificate of Conformity) for certain countries. Required documents vary by destination.
Logistics & Shipping
What is the lead time for delivery?
This depends on the vehicle status:
For vehicles in stock: They can typically arrive at the port of origin within 15–20 days after receipt of full payment.
For vehicles that require production against order: They are usually ready to roll off the production line approximately 45 days after deposit payment, and then take about one week to reach the port of origin.
Sea freight time depends on the destination port, ranging from approximately 20 to 45 days.

To which countries or ports do you deliver?
We ship to major global ports including but not limited to: Jebel Ali (UAE), Durban, Mombasa, Santos, Buenaventura, Hamburg, Antwerp, and Central Asia via railway.
What shipping methods do you offer — Ro-Ro or container shipping?
In most cases, we use container shipping. However, if the quantity is particularly large or you have special requirements, we can also arrange Ro-Ro.
Payment & Pricing
What are the payment conditions?
For vehicles in stock:
After a 30% deposit is paid, we will provide the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and a corresponding video of the vehicle. Once the remaining 70% balance is paid in full, the vehicle can be picked up and shipped to the port of origin.
For made-to-order vehicles:
A 30% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. Before the vehicle is shipped after production is completed, we will provide the VIN. The remaining 70% balance is to be paid upon receipt of the VIN.

What does the price cover? Are sea freight and import duties included?
We typically quote on FOB (China port) or CIF (destination port) basis. FOB excludes sea freight & duties; CIF includes freight & insurance but excludes destination duties. Let us know your preference for a clear breakdown.
MOQ & Samples
What is your MOQ? Is it possible to order a single unit as a sample?
MOQ is 1 unit. We welcome customers to purchase one vehicle as a sample for market testing.
If I am not familiar with certain vehicle models, can you provide recommendations on hot-selling or popular models?
Certainly. Please advise your target market and budget. We will recommend the most suitable models based on local fuel preferences, climate, and mainstream demand — e.g., Jetour are popular in Africa, while GWM Tank series sells well in the Middle East.
